1) RETURN PERIOD (14 DAYS FROM RECEIPT)
1.1. Return requests will only be accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date the customer actually receives the order (“Return Period”).
1.2. For purposes of this Return Period, “receipt” shall be determined by the carrier’s delivery confirmation (or delivery attempt, where applicable).
2) MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTANCE
2.1. For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, returns will ONLY be accepted if:
(a) the product maintains the plastic seal/security seal fully intact (no tears, no tampering, no opening);
(b) the product is unused, unopened, and in perfect condition (no damage, no breakage, no leakage);
(c) the packaging and labeling are not damaged, altered, or tampered with; and
(d) the return complies with the authorized process described in this Policy.
2.2. Any opened, unsealed, damaged, or tampered package/product will NOT be credited or refunded.
3) AUTHORIZED RETURN PROCESS (MANDATORY)
3.1. Before sending any return, you must contact info@extrasomatic.com within the Return Period to request return authorization (“Return Authorization”).
3.2. If authorized, you will be provided with the applicable information/instructions (including the return address and, where applicable, packaging and documentation requirements).
3.3. Returns sent without Return Authorization, or sent to an address other than the one indicated by Extrasomatic, may be rejected and will not be eligible for a refund.
4) RETURN SHIPPING COSTS AND RESPONSIBILITY
4.1. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs to:

4.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment. The risk of loss or damage during return transit remains with the customer until received by Extrasomatic.
5) INSPECTION
5.1. All returns are subject to inspection.
5.2. Extrasomatic reserves the right to reject a return if, upon inspection, the product does not meet the requirements of this Policy.
5.3. If a return is rejected for failure to meet the requirements, Extrasomatic may (at its discretion and where permitted by law) return the product to the customer at the customer’s expense or dispose of it for safety/hygiene and internal compliance reasons.

1) METHOD OF REFUND
1.1. Refunds shall be issued exclusively to the same payment method used at the time of checkout.
1.2. Extrasomatic does not issue refunds in cash, by check, through alternative transfers, or to payment methods other than the original payment method, except where required by applicable law.
2) CONDITION PRECEDENT: COMPLIANCE WITH THE RETURN POLICY
2.1. No refund shall be processed until:
(a) the return has been received by Extrasomatic; and
(b) the return has passed inspection and complies with all requirements of the Return Policy (including an intact seal and an unopened, undamaged product).
2.2. Opened/unsealed packages or damaged/tampered products are non-refundable.
3) REFUND AMOUNT AND APPLICABLE FEES
3.1. Refunds shall be issued for the amount actually paid for the returned product(s), less any “applicable fee,” where applicable and to the extent permitted by law, including, without limitation:
(a) shipping and handling charges (including, where applicable, original shipping charges);
(b) costs incurred by the merchant in handling the return or processing; and/or
(c) other deductions permitted by applicable law and/or by the payment processor in connection with the transaction.
3.2. Extrasomatic does not refund return shipping costs (return shipping is always the responsibility of the customer).
4) REFUND DENIAL AND ANTI-ABUSE MEASURES
4.1. Extrasomatic reserves the right to reject refund/return requests that are fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise non-compliant with applicable policies.
4.2. Under no circumstances shall the approval of a refund or replacement constitute an admission of liability or wrongdoing by Extrasomatic.
