1) SCOPE
This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of orders placed through www.extrasomatic.com. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy together with the Terms of Service and all other policies posted on the Site.
2) CUSTOMER CANCELLATION (12-HOUR WINDOW)
2.1. You may request cancellation of an order only within twelve (12) hours from the time the order is placed (the “Cancellation Window”).
2.2. Upon expiration of the Cancellation Window, the order shall be deemed final and may not be canceled or modified (including changes to address, quantities, products, shipping method, or any other modification), except as otherwise required by applicable law.
3) HOW TO REQUEST CANCELLATION
3.1. To request cancellation within the Cancellation Window, you must email info@extrasomatic.com and provide, at a minimum: (i) the order number, (ii) the name and email address used for the purchase, and (iii) an express request for cancellation.
3.2. A cancellation shall not be deemed accepted unless and until Extrasomatic confirms it in writing. Submission of a request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled if it has already entered preparation, verification, packaging, or the logistics process.
4) MERCHANT’S RIGHT TO CANCEL
4.1. Extrasomatic reserves the right to cancel, reject, limit, or void any order, in whole or in part, at any time and in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, in cases involving:
(a) suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized use, or chargeback risk;
(b) inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable billing or shipping information;
(c) authorization/charge failures or payment-related issues;
(d) stock unavailability, inventory errors, or supply limitations;
(e) pricing, typographical, or technical errors;
(f) violation of the Terms of Service or other Site policies;
(g) security, regulatory compliance, or legal reasons; and/or
(h) force majeure events or operational disruptions beyond Extrasomatic’s reasonable control.
4.2. If Extrasomatic cancels an order after payment has been captured, the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be a refund of the amount actually paid for the canceled portion of the order, issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5) EFFECT OF CANCELLATION/REFUND AND NO ADMISSION
Under no circumstances shall the approval of a cancellation, refund, or replacement constitute an admission of liability, breach, or irregularity on the part of Extrasomatic.
