1) SCOPE

This Shipping Policy governs the shipping and delivery of orders placed through www.extrasomatic.com. By placing an order through the Site, you agree to this Shipping Policy together with our Terms of Service and all other posted policies.

2) SHIPPING TERRITORY

Extrasomatic currently ships only within the United States. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States are not eligible for fulfillment unless expressly approved by Extrasomatic in writing.

3) SHIPPING RATES

3.1. Shipping charges are not included in product prices unless expressly stated.
3.2. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors that may include, without limitation, the destination address, package characteristics, selected delivery method, applicable surcharges, and third-party carrier pricing in effect at the time of checkout.
3.3. Extrasomatic reserves the right to correct shipping charge errors, pricing errors, and technical errors at any time prior to shipment.
3.4. Free shipping is available only when expressly offered through a valid promotion and only subject to the terms, conditions, thresholds, exclusions, dates, and limitations of that promotion. Extrasomatic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any shipping promotion at any time, except where prohibited by applicable law.

4) PROCESSING AND HANDLING TIME

4.1. Orders are generally packed, prepared, verified, and processed within approximately one (1) to five (5) business days, depending on current order volume, stock conditions, operational capacity, fraud screening, payment verification, holidays, and other fulfillment factors.
4.2. “Business days” means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and any days on which Extrasomatic’s fulfillment operations are closed.
4.3. Processing time is separate from transit time and delivery time. Processing begins only after the order has been successfully received as a properly completed order, including successful payment authorization and receipt of all information necessary to fulfill the order.
4.4. Order confirmation does not constitute shipment confirmation. An order is deemed shipped only when Extrasomatic tenders the package to the selected carrier and issues shipment confirmation and/or tracking information, where available.

5) DELIVERY METHODS AND THIRD-PARTY CARRIERS

5.1. Shipping and delivery are performed by independent third-party carriers, which may include UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on the service selected at checkout or operational necessity.
5.2. Carrier service levels, delivery windows, tracking events, access point options, signature options, and delivery commitments are established solely by the applicable carrier and remain subject to the carrier’s own terms, limitations, suspensions, exceptions, and service alerts.
5.3. Extrasomatic does not own, operate, or control third-party carriers and is not responsible for carrier acts, omissions, delays, routing decisions, failed delivery attempts, service interruptions, scanning errors, or post-shipment handling.

6) TRANSIT TIMES; NO GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE

6.1. Any delivery date, transit estimate, or arrival window displayed on the Site, at checkout, in order communications, or by a carrier is an estimate only and is not guaranteed unless Extrasomatic expressly states otherwise in writing.
6.2. Carrier transit times may vary based on service level, destination, weather, high-volume periods, holidays, operational disruptions, address issues, and events outside Extrasomatic’s reasonable control.
6.3. Extrasomatic does not guarantee same-day, next-day, two-day, expedited, or date-certain delivery unless such guarantee is expressly stated by Extrasomatic in writing and required conditions are met.
6.4. If Extrasomatic states or implies a shipment timeframe, such timeframe applies to shipment from our facility, not actual delivery to the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise.

7) SHIPPING DELAYS

7.1. Extrasomatic shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, acts of God, labor shortages, transportation interruptions, fraud review, payment verification, inaccurate addresses, governmental actions, civil unrest, force majeure events, or any other causes beyond Extrasomatic’s reasonable control.
7.2. Where required by applicable law, if Extrasomatic cannot ship within the time promised, or within the legally applicable default period if no time is stated, Extrasomatic may provide notice, request consent to delay, cancel the order, or issue a refund for unshipped merchandise, as applicable.
7.3. Shipping delays do not automatically entitle the customer to cancel, reject, charge back, or obtain a refund except as required by applicable law or as expressly provided in our posted policies.

8) ADDRESS ACCURACY; CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

8.1. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete, accurate, deliverable, and current.
8.2. Extrasomatic shall not be liable for delays, failed delivery, loss, misdelivery, or additional costs resulting from incomplete, incorrect, undeliverable, or outdated shipping information submitted by the customer.
8.3. If a package is returned to Extrasomatic due to an address error, delivery refusal, failed pickup, or failed delivery attributable to the customer, Extrasomatic may, at its discretion:
(a) require payment of additional shipping and handling charges before reshipment;
(b) deduct applicable shipping, handling, carrier return fees, and administrative fees from any refund where permitted by law; and/or
(c) cancel the order in accordance with applicable store policies.

9) CUSTOMER DUTY TO RECEIVE AND INSPECT

9.1. The customer is responsible for being available to receive the package, monitor tracking, and take any reasonable steps required by the carrier to complete delivery.
9.2. The customer is also responsible for promptly inspecting the package and contents upon receipt and verifying that the shipment is complete, correct, and not visibly damaged.
9.3. Any claim regarding a missing item, incorrect item, visibly damaged shipment, or delivery issue should be reported to Extrasomatic promptly at info@extrasomatic.com with the order number, supporting details, and any requested documentation.

10) TRACKING

10.1. Tracking information will be provided where available after the shipment is tendered to the carrier.
10.2. Tracking events are created and updated by the carrier, not by Extrasomatic. Extrasomatic does not guarantee the accuracy, timing, or completeness of carrier tracking updates.

11) RISK OF LOSS; TITLE

11.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, title to and risk of loss for products pass to the customer when the shipment is tendered by Extrasomatic to the carrier for delivery.
11.2. Where applicable law does not permit the foregoing allocation in whole or in part, risk of loss shall pass at the earliest time permitted by law.
11.3. Extrasomatic is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or misdelivery occurring after tender to the carrier, except where otherwise required by law.

12) DELIVERED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

12.1. A package may be deemed delivered when the carrier marks it as delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, to a mailroom, parcel locker, access point, concierge, building staff member, or other location or recipient accepted by the carrier under its procedures.
12.2. Extrasomatic is not responsible for packages that are marked delivered by the carrier but later reported missing, stolen, or not received, except where required by applicable law.
12.3. Extrasomatic may, as a customer service courtesy and without assuming liability, assist the customer in initiating or documenting a carrier claim, trace, or investigation. Any such assistance does not constitute an admission of liability.

13) FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS; REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

13.1. If delivery fails due to the customer’s unavailability, refusal, failure to retrieve the package, or failure to follow carrier instructions, Extrasomatic shall not be responsible for any resulting delay, loss, spoilage, or additional charges.
13.2. Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable shipments may be subject to carrier return fees, reshipment charges, administrative fees, or deductions from any refund, to the extent permitted by law.
13.3. Extrasomatic reserves the right to treat refused or unclaimed packages as returns subject to our Return Policy and Refund Policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14) PARTIAL OR SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Extrasomatic reserves the right to split an order into multiple shipments, use more than one carrier, or substitute a comparable shipping method when necessary for operational, safety, inventory, packaging, or fulfillment reasons. Additional shipping charges will not be imposed on the customer for such split shipments unless expressly disclosed and agreed at checkout or otherwise permitted by law.

15) FRAUD SCREENING; VERIFICATION HOLDS

Extrasomatic reserves the right to place any order on hold for fraud screening, payment verification, address validation, inventory review, or security review. Such holds may extend processing times. Extrasomatic may cancel any order that cannot be satisfactorily verified.

16) SHIPPING CHARGES; NON-REFUNDABLE AMOUNTS

16.1. Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
16.2. If a refund is legally required for unshipped merchandise, any refund of shipping and handling charges will be governed by applicable law and by the portion of the order actually shipped, if any.

17) SERVICE ALERTS AND CARRIER CONDITIONS

Carrier services may be affected by severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, airport incidents, labor constraints, government measures, and other operational conditions. Customers should understand that carrier service alerts and service-guarantee suspensions may affect delivery timing even after shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

18) MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

Extrasomatic reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Shipping Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. The version in effect at the time the order is placed will generally apply to that order unless otherwise required by applicable law.
